Biography

A.D. has a long history as a singer/songwriter, musician and producer.

Under his real name he has written over 500 songs, and contributed ideas in all styles of music, and nearly all of it recorded in his own studio.

A number of his songs has been recorded by artists, and released by Warner and Sony in many countries.

Because of his postings on the internet, lots of people show interest in A. D. Ryan’s music, with one of them A.D. has formed an internet-pop/rock-band, this is Tom Hamilton, a famous bass player from Boston USA, Tom plays guitar & piano as well and is also a singer and songwriter. They write and post their collaboration music on youtubechannel www.youtube.com/heavensentband and they are working on a  pop/rock album at the moment. The songs "TV Drugged Zombies" and "My Brother" are written by A.D. Ryan and Tom Hamilton

Through his work, he has come into contact with studio owners, producers, and musicians in his native Netherlands, and also in the  UK, Germany and Belgium.

People like Paul Downes, Steve Rodway (ex-producer of the spicegirls), Ronny Anderson, Graham Clifford, Lee Witherspoon, DRP have collaborated with him not only as composer/writer, but also as producer and musician.

In these roles he worked on many projects with artists like, Jocelyn Brown, Dilana Smith, Baccara, Lorna Mashall, Turtleman & Lee Clifford, Sience of Rythm,  Bibiana, DRP, T-Bear to name a few.

The song "Love me the way I am" written by A.D. Ryan, Graham Clifford and Ronny Anderson and upfronted by artist "Turtleman" is on the worldwide released cd of DANCE4LIFE accompanied by some of the best DJ’s in the world like DJ Tiësto.

He also came in contact with Arno Guveau, the man behind Stevie Ann, with whom he recorded 3 of A.D.’s pop songs, “She”, “Again” and “Don’t you” with some of the best musicians in the Netherlands, like Cor Mutsers on Acoustic Guitar, Leendert Haaksma on Electric Guitar, Eric Coenen on Bass Guitar, Sjoerd Rutten on Drums and Merel Koman, as Backing Vocalist. “She” was put on a site for unknown talent from national radiostation 3FM and went within 4 days to the number 1 spot for a duration of 3 days ! Two other songs, recorded in his own studio, “Mystic” and “Angels” were solely written, performed and produced by multi-talent A.D. Ryan, and these songs went to number 2 and 3 in this chart.

A.D. Ryan is currently forming a band to perform his own pop/rock songs, with the aim of touring in the near future and is keen to share the experience of working with other singers, bands, musicians and producers.

Koster Continuum is a danceproject started by A.D. Ryan, he is the brain behind the project, the writer/composer, performer, occasionally singer and producer.

Because of A.D.’s contribution for DANCE4LIFE, some people contacted A.D. for cooperation, one of them is Paul Cooke (Sade co-founder, drummer, writer) from Diamond Life Records who contacted A.D. for a new dance project and that is how Koster Continuum was born.

For most of the Koster Continuum tracks A.D. has asked the help of experienced Dutch female singer Karin S. and mixing specialist Jon C. Avenue.

A.D. signed a license deal with Diamond Life Records and they did a worldwide release of  5 dancetracks of A.D. Ryan's Koster Continuum on August 24 2009 and the album is available on every big platform on the internet, like amazon, itunes, etc !
